A Real Transformation Story
One of the highlights of the session was hearing from Louis at The Executive Centre (TEC), who shared TEC’s transformation journey with Novus. Operating over 240 centres across 37 cities, TEC faced the challenge of aligning planning across countries and functions. Through Anaplan, and supported by Novus’ deep platform expertise and business understanding, TEC was able to build a more connected and scalable planning approach.
