Role Description
Novus Consulting is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you will help clients successfully adopt and optimize their use of monday.com. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices, support client onboarding, deliver training, and help businesses improve their workflows. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in technology, customer success, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Engagement
● Assist in onboarding new monday.com clients.
● Support client accounts per week alongside senior team members.
● Learn to analyze client workflows and identify areas for improvement.
● Help maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.

Customer Service & Training
● Provide responsive customer support via email and video calls.
● Assist in delivering live training sessions for small to mid-sized groups.
● Help create and update training materials and short how-to videos.
● Guide clients on basic monday.com features and usage best practices.

Workflow Optimization
● Support the implementation of simple automations and integrations.
● Assist clients in organizing boards, dashboards, and processes for better efficiency.
● Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems when needed.

Growth & Collaboration
● Identify potential opportunities for account growth and share with the sales team.
● Collaborate internally with implementation and sales teams to ensure client success.

We're looking for
● 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, implementation, or related roles.
● Interest in SaaS, technology, or workflow automation tools.
● Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
● Organized with good time management skills.
● Comfortable learning new software tools quickly.
● Basic understanding of business functions such as HR, sales, marketing, or operations.
● Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
● Familiarity with monday.com, Zapier, or Make.com.
● Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Performance Expectations
● Maintain high client satisfaction through responsive and helpful support.
● Successfully assist in onboarding and supporting client accounts.
● Continuously build product knowledge and implementation expertise.
