Role Description

This is a full-time role for an EPM Consultant, based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work. The consultant will design, implement, and support Enterprise Performance Management solutions using Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Planning. You’ll work closely with clients and a cross-regional team across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mainland China, and Singapore, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate business requirements workshops with clients to understand planning needs.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to execute model building and configuration tasks.
  • Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Contribute to presales efforts such as solution demos, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Assist in business development by identifying opportunities and supporting client engagement.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and communication.

 

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in EPM implementation using Anaplan, Workday Adaptive Planning, or other EPM solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; IT background is not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with remote teams across regions.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and result-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Confident in taking on senior or leadership responsibilities in projects.

 

Preferred Skills & Business Knowledge
  • Familiarity with financial consolidation, FP&A, supply chain, workforce planning, or statistical modeling.
  • Experience in scenario planning, data analysis, and business process optimization.
  • Exposure to ERP systems or data technologies is a plus.
